How does Bloodrage work?

I think I've learned to manipulate Darius's spin.
You get max hemorrhage on an enemy champ or kill them with Noxian Guillotine to go into Bloodrage for 5 seconds. During that time, enemies that are hit receive max hemorrhage instead of building up.
There are also a bunch of new items for Darius to be tankier. -
