It's easy to change letters and numbers with out noticing.

If he gets enough posts marked his account will probably be suspended.

So you tell them it's not? It's not that hard. If they don't believe you they're stupid, just saying. It's pretty obvious that person has an I in their name and you don't.

The thread he made is on the first page of the lounge. I also bumped the thread in which it started.

Page 24 it started. The thread is "Morgan's Official Thread" look at the join dates. Plus, I would put fuk, not the correct spelling.

So what happens to a marked thread?

If enough people mark the first post of a thread, it gets deleted. If a thread gets deleted, the person who made it gets a penalty.
