Is this really worth it? I'll have to go through the s--- of breaking up with her and her shouting and probably leaving and then coming back like 2 hours later apologising. I could break up with her and be polite, that's probably the best way to do it, I could still be friends with her.

I am going to say this in the nicest way possible, and I am being serious.
I am breaking up with you. We have had a lot of arguments together, way too many, it's just not worth being in a relationship if we are going to continue to argue like we did.
It would be better if we completely forgot about being in a relationship and were just friends, it worked better in the past and we'll feel a lot happier too.
I am not trying to be rude or anything like that, just saying what will be right for us in the future
