I think that most homeschoolers do have a lot of friends, but my mom kind of keeps me locked in the house all day Rapunzel-style and it drives me BONKERS -

I'm afraid to. The last time I mentioned I didn't like how she was running things, she half strangled me and pulled quite a bit of my hair out. And I am NOT exaggerating.
