Andypie NewbieWell here's the topic that I was bummed out about earlier *sigh* my physique, I want to ask u how did u lose the weight that u did?

i did lots of situps and dance cardio
as well as drinking stricktly water,nothing else,i cut back on how much i eat and i go on a walk everyday,it relieves stress and and less stress helps the body let u lose weight.But i think u are perfect:* -
