i never thought id say this but because of the foot i havent been able to do alot of working out but,i actually miss it. -
Andypie NewbieThat's the way I feel, I hate the feeling of being out of shape when I get back into it. Like in this one routine, I do 60 push-ups (10 second hold on between 5 reps) and if I've been working out steady for 2 or 3 weeks I get through them no problem, but if I miss a week then I struggle a lil bit

every 100 ill take a 30 sec break to breathe tho -
Andypie NewbieI try to avoid sit-ups I do things like an-rollers, bicycles, lateral ab raises (my number one website to search fitness stuff is Muscle and Fitness, u should look it up sometime)
