  Emma: Yes, it is ridiculous indeed. But, it is what it is. I only go on YouTube via iPad mini, nothing else. Plus, the billing cycle lasts an entire month.

  So far, my phone plus iPad have 0.01 gigs, because the billing cycle began anew. As well as WiFi connection. O_O
