Mom: Madison, what sport do you want to play?
Me: I don't want to play a sport. I'm already in Choir.
Mom: But that's not a sport!
Me: Yes, but it's an activity.
Mom: But not a sport.
Me: So?
Mom: You need to play a sport for the motivation to go to college.
Me: Yeah, mom, uh. I'm already going to college.
Mom: Your grades aren't good enough. They're eh.
Me: I have A's and B's.
Mom: Get straight A's.
Me: When I get C's, which is unlikely, I could still go to Columbus State.
Mom: Not good enough.
Me: Keep pushing me and I might not go to college at all.
Mom: >:( -
Tell her to f--- off.
Or murder her. That works too. -
I'm literally begging her to not make me play a sport. The last thing I'd ever want to do is socialize with a bunch of people I don't know and kick around a ball and do stuff I'm not good at.
