Thank you Jade but I have remembered!
It was called, 'The Fairy Tale book' and it was about a girl who goes in to a forest and meets an old man in which she lives with, but he had a daughter who died, and the girl finds a fairy tale book that belonged to the girl, but then the old man goes crazy at the sight of it and starts chasing her, and then she's running in the forest with him behind her and it turns out that that book belongs to his daughter, the girl survives.

This one was of a secret tunnel under a hospital where a lot of people got killed in that hospital but their bodies dissapeared and it was because a nurse had hidden the bodies after making a deal with a guy to kill them, so this detective goes looking for her...
