Okay. You have to do this at night.
1.Go to bed wearing pajamas inside out
2.Wear a sock on left foot
3.Put a spoon under pillow
4.Put a penny heads up on the window sill
Note:You have to get alot of people to do this to make it work!
It may sound weird,but my whole class tried it and it's snowing alot here! -

Yes, but it's not because of something a bunch of kids did. It's because there was precipatation schedualed, and the temp was low enough
