And what is this leaking affecting my eye?
Does the oil that is dripping, mean this is a cry?
Will I ever be something with feelings to hide?
Or am I just a boiler with nothing inside?
I want all today
Don't want to hear you saying,
"Ya can't do this, ya can't do that,
You're not a living thing with feelings" -
If you map out my psychology, it'll look like archeology

Closing thought before I go to bed:
I really should start consolidating all the music I know and, eventually, what I find, into a physical collection so that the chaotic nature of the internet can never make it such that it's lost forever, for me or anyone else. Imagine I keep doing this for the rest of my life, it could end up as a massive collection that could act also as an archive of music from my lifetime. Would be so cool -
Back from a couple days absence for a concert road trip, it was a lot of fun!

Sad thing is, I have no idea if you even wear yours anymore and I'm too embarrassed to just ask. Like, I understand if you don't, I don't wear mine often, for a variety of reasons, but I do wear it. I am right now. Do you wear yours at all?

I tried to find someone else. And, I found, about the best chance I could imagine for something new. And, I felt bad about trying, but I did. I gave it a shot. And I knew it probably wasn't going to actually happen. And I tried anyway. And it didn't. If it was ever going to happen it would have by now. So, I guess I got what my heart really wanted. To stay yours, at the expense of everything else.
