Weird how over the years i went from a kid that just liked songs and didn't even really care about who it was the song was by, and somehow eventually became a guy that has a very strong tendency to listen to whole albums at a time, primarily by artists I'm familiar with already

Crazy how more or less all of it happened in what would've been my HS days, had I gone. Oftentimes I feel I missed out, but honestly...honestly maybe I didn't. Maybe I just took a different path. And maybe that's okay.

I guess that's why it feels so impractical to make new friends, because all of mine right now are people I've known for many years. Several in the range of half of, to a full decade. Harder to feel close to someone new when you've got that contrasting to the short time you've known them.
