"Also,does anyonee smell shadow?"
Flaed grimaced at the air.
It felt stuffy and constricting. -
"Damnit." I murmered, for this had happened over twenty times in the last five years. A stupid mortal always came by and saw something.

"Dammit." I said, now my parents would punish me for ruining the floor. Then I remembered that i had the power of healing. Before, I only used to heal living things, but I could try to heal an unliving thing, like a floor.

"What to you mean by shadow?" I asked, heart racing.

"I should probally go."Flaed said quickly.
She hated shadows.
Around that time Iris woke up in the back of a grimy van with her hands and feet bound. -

"I hate fighting shadows."
The little girl pulled out a wicked-looking knife.
Her hand crackled and static charged around the knife.

I woke up with a aweful headache.
In the back of a grimy van.
Tied up.
I was also sure that I was headed to the prison.
Where I had last escaped.
