I'd slit my wrists, Bob. (Sorryz for the late reply) or perhaps my legs.

if you did your wrist, imagine every time you ever thought about it afterwords you could feel the skin or your entire arms crawling, your wrists would begin to ache and it would feel like the bones were twisting and splintering. Its an ache that cant be completely understood. And you know that the only way to get it to stop is to let it bleed again.

I dont recommend this feeling to anyone. I talked to my gf before I did it and she talked me out of it right now. I usually cut my upper arms and right now my shoulders feel like they're on fire.
