I don't walk into the dorms after class to see people fighting over a bottle of orange juice or a milk carton.
They're fighting over the tea kettle and who gets the last bag.
They're isn't a 'MILK TIME'
It's 'TEA TIME' -

If I went to my friend's flat their parents don't offer me orange juice! They offer me tea! It could be three in the morning when I show up and I know the first thing they'll ask is "shall I put the kettle on?"

Sun, the former, not the later.
And while tea can help in a multitude of ways, each specific type of tea only really helps in one or two. Chocolate milk, is good for digestion, the heart, bones, brain function. And that's all in one drink. -
