Hitler simply saw them as inferior. He wanted to make a super race, similar to the Aryan people, who had blond hair and blue eyes.

If he was able to get all of Germany on his side then he wasn't much of an idiot. He was just power hungry. He actually wanted to be an artist though.

Well his mother died because of a Jewish doctor and he got kicked out of art school by a Jewish teacher. He thought everyone was inferior to the German race.
