How old is he?
Yeah, my lab has leg problems. His knees crack when he gets up, and it takes him a while to lay down because it's uncomfortable for him. And he's had that since he was three. But they're such happy dogs. And the lab that I had before him didn't have any problems, and he would growl when he was happy. -
He's like 12. My lab, Bailey, takes a while to get up. Sometimes I have to help him up. My dog is a happy old man basically.

and he smiles. Yes, dogs can smile.
He smiles if I rub his belly :P -
I know :D. Their smile is just so cute. I hate it when people say that dogs can't smile. They've obviously never had a dog.

My dog is best friends with my smaller dog. My smaller dog is like 4 pounds and a few months old. Bailey takes care of her and shares his dog food with her, it's so cute.

Awww :). My dogs don't do that XD. They're very protective over their food. But, for the dogs that I had before the ones that I have now, I had a dog named Aspen, and she was alpha dog, and she raised my other dog Tank. She was pretty good too. She would growl at him when he would get in the trash, and just kinda put him in line.

I had a sharpei when I lived in Michigan. His name was Samson. Bailey and Samson were best friends...they used to play frisbee together, and they used to raid the trash together, and then one day, Samson got blind somehow and we had to put him down. I can't imagine what it's like for a dog when their friend gets put to sleep, you know? Like one day you're with your best friend and the next day they're gone..

Yeah.... That's the same thing that happened with my dogs Rex and Aspen. We adopted Rex when we lived in Texas, and then we got Aspen when she was a puppy. They were pretty close. And when we moved to our new house in Ohio, they chased each other around the house like they were playing tag.

Aw =) My other dog, Sadie (the little 4 pound mutt thing) hates other dogs. Like whenever I take her for a walk, she barks at any other living thing that comes near. She only likes me and Bailey. She hates other dogs, I don't understand.

Oh my gosh!! That's what my dogs are like. Tank would attack every dog that he saw. And Bama, my German Shepherd mix, hates any other animal, but us. Like she's always licking my face and being affectionate, but if you send her outside with another dog, she'd attack without hesitation. Maybe it's a territorial thing.

But my dog is only like six inches tall on all four paws and is so tiny you can hold her in both of your hands. I don't understand. xD
