Sugar cookie. During your six month training to become a navy seal you have to go through several training courses. The training takes place in California- unfortunately I couldn't go, it's next week for marine rotc(obviously it's not going to be strict like the regular one because high school kids from the programs will be going)- One of them is inspection. If inspection is failed you become a sugar cookie. You go to the shore, you roll around in sand, and you go into the water. You wear that uniform full of cold wet sand for the rest of the day for failing. That's a sugar cookie.
