So I got to inspect second squad today and I failed four cadets because they broke bearing, didn't know their knowledge, or didn't do their hair right. Yes, I turned into mini Camp right there. Poor kids hate me now. At least Col. saw I knew my stuff.
I honestly don't feel guilty about failing them anymore. You're all almost LE-2s, stop fooling around and learn your knowledge.
