  Considering making Akari have Manipulator type Nen.
  
  basically means he can control people under certain circumstances. For example, this one chick who worked for the Nostrade family could control anyone she kissed, while another person, a guy, could control dogs.

  I need a condition for it though. Anyone have any suggestions? He's a doctor, so I want it to be related to that.
