I'm sorry to butt in but Shido Milady is experiencing a lot of anger and indignation and I think whether you agree or not she would prefer sympathy to telling her that her feelings are unfounded and now she is feeling like you're not taking her feelings seriously and would probably like it better if you would recognize her frustration and apologize or at least give her time to regain her bearings rather than telling her to calm down, which reaffirms that you're not taking what she's saying seriously
