It's a combination of a few things. Mostly Mirari from Cute Demon Crashers, and Raritan which is a username I use a lot in Mmos.

Kairi would wear the hat/helmet and just regular clothing.
Kaila would wear a pink dress and wear green boots, and her wings would be gossamer and very very fragile and pretty.
Both I'm thinking would have black hair and green eyes. -
