Go shopping one day for something sized anywhere in 20-24 W. Look at what the media tells us about weight (Extra holiday weight? Lose 10 lbs FAST!). Hell, look at any website where I've taken a selfie. Because I don't have a thigh gap or whatever s---, I don't exist. -
