Shattered Soul NewbieWell, as I've said before, Staying on the internet won't do any good. And yeah I know there's nothing else you could do. Try listening to music and try to calm down a bit.

Yeah I know I should just lie down.. But spasms just come and wake me up so there's really no point.

I know... Did you try massaging it? Or like, wrap a scarf or something around it and keep it warm.

Ok. How about Kish takes a nice quick hot shower and then try to go to sleep then. It works sometimes for me.
