  I'm "talking" (or whatever you call more than friends but not quite dating) to this kid. I'm 16 years old and very much a good girl, while he's 18 and has been to jail. He's sweet to me though...is it too crazy for us to be together or do you think it could work?

  It has to be a five year difference for it to be illegal, but if you are wanting to date him, please have parents consent. Because if something bad happens to you and he is with you, he will go to jail.
