I hate parents.

But the thing is, I hate hatting her because she is my only parent left, and she tries so hard to make a normal life for us when we are below the poverty line. But she's making it so hard for me and I'm just so frustrated with her that it makes me want to cry. I'm trying so hard not to because she's in the room with me and then (here's the kicker) she'll start laughing at me because she thinks my face is funny when I cry.

If I cry I front of my dad he will tell me to shut the f--- up or hit me across the face.

I'm sorry. I don't get how parents are so insensitive. I just want to shake her and make her go back to how she was, but if I even dare tell the harsh truth, she will no doubt slap me then ground me. Quite literally my chest is hurting from not saying anything.
