I wanted to go to the Pride parade at 9pm,but my mom thinks I'll buy drugs from drug dealers, I'll get kidnapped, or that I might befriending a hooker. And then my dad got all p---- not wanting me to go to the Pride festival from 11am to 9pm.
Here's how the conversation went:
Dad: "Do you really need to be there all day?"
Me: "Oh, well, it's not like I'm gonna be doing anything at home."
Him: "Yeah, but that's not the point, do you really need to be there all day?"
Me: "What, am I needed at home?"
Him: "That's not the point."
Me: "fine I won't go then"
