it's a small twon and they know my parents. they already told the cops i was crazy! nobody believes me.

Swimmer you should have called the cops anyways and demanded to see a doctor so you could proove it I'm pretty f---ing sure they legally have to cause if you were that crazy they'd have you in a facility or something.
