Just quick tip:
-Don't watch mobile, TV or any other device before 1 hour of sleeping.
-Take a warm bath/shower.
-Listen to a song.
-Think of the better happening for the next day.
-Sleep. -
Showers wake me up.. Sleep isn't easy..

- Breathe in through your nose quietly for a count of 4
- Hold your breath for a count of seven
- Blow air out through your mouth for a count of 8, making a 'whoosh' sound
- Repeat the process three more times
