"Thank you, Lily." I whisper. Softly brushing some hair from her face.

"Your welcome." she blushed.

I close my eyes briefly, suppressing a yawn.

She smiled and got up carefully. she walked to her kitchen and started to make a pot of coffee.

I hit the ground and fall asleep instantly.

She laughed and made herself a cup. she heard her phone buzz and she knew she had to work. she got dressed and drank her coffee quickly. she left a note explaining she had to work and she ran out the door.

I slept normally, again.

She ran through the foret and found the thing she was looking for. it was another vampire. she about attacked it when more surrounded her.

I got a dark feeling... Lily was in danger. I ran out and into the woods, shifting and going as fast as possible.

Lily sliced as many as she could down but the kept coming. She growled and kept slicing them down.

I ran into the fight, shifting in midair and drawing my pistol. I double tapped two vampires before I landed next to Lily.

"what are you doing here!" She was wide eyed at why her was here. she was already battered and bruised.

"No one fights alone," I reply, standing at her back, pistol raised.

She smirked and charged at them. she sliced three down and took there souls.

I stayed behind her, anticipating her moves as I shot several more down.
