I drove back home, fixing a dinner of pasta.

She sat up slowly and tried to stand. she almost fell but caught herself. she walked slowly to her kitchen and made a small bowl of ramen noodles.

I needed to think, so I went outside, shifted and ran randomly.

I kept well away from her, about a hundred feet. Where I turned back to watch.
