so these kids are really talented and are super good at their talent, like there are artists and sports players and programmers. there's a school that scouts them and the rule to attend is: you must be the absolute best at your talent, and you have to be old enough to attend high school. the anime shows who the kids are, what their talents are, and their wacky misadventures inside the school basically
