Why Monaka is cruel:
- She claims to want to kill all adults to make a paradise for children (and she does kill most of the adults) and the other kids (in the picture you posted) actually believed her, until she actually just wanted to take over the word and make a second Junko Enoshima.
- She isn't really handicapped, she fakes being in a wheelchair for pity.
- She killed her dad because despair is her favorite emotion.
- She only uses people and things for herself, as she has no regard or care about them. She will threaten people and hurt them if she feels that they think she's wrong.
- She was going to pretend to commit suicide (with the other kids in the mentioned picture) by jumping off the roof of the elementary school with them, but she was just going to sit there as the rest of them jumped and she would watch and let them die.
- When her father learned of the Monokumas' true use, her father tried to stop production, but she blackmailed him to let her continue, warning that if he stopped her, he would tell Junko to spread the fact that the ones who made the murderous Monokumas was in fact the Towa Group. (The Monokumas are robots who wipe out most of the adults.)
- She sexually assaulted my bae, Nagisa and punched Kotoko in the face, using Kotoko's NG word (which is "gentle" because Kotoko was molested when she was younger).

That little cutie is Jataro Kemuri without his mask. He seems physically unappealing with his mask on, but is a cute babe without it.
It's because in DR:AE, Nagito Komaeda was almost killed but he became their servant instead. And he actually loves Monaka. Also, Monaka looks like that because she instead wanted to become the second Junko Enoshima after trying to make the main protagonist of the game be the second Junko Enoshima. -
