James almost crushed his cone glaring at Drake. I placed a hand on his shoulder and I noticed he relaxed a bit.

"We really should do this more" I told him. "Indeed we should" He answered

"lest get out of here, He makes me sick." james said as he grabbed my hand and lead me ot of the ice cream shop I dont know why he was acting like this.

We continued laughing and telling stories -

James and I walked around town a bit. He still looked tense and it was bothering me. What in Drake made him like this.

"So, how'd you get so powerful?" I asked. "The fang story was true so guess" Drake answered and my jaw dropped in surprise

"James?" He turned to me with a smile on his face."are you okay?" He nodded."I'm fine just trying to keep you safe." I blushes and saw we were in the park.

"So you really did it. You became a son of the night" I said. "Yea. But it really isn't what I was expecting. It's cooler" He said

James pulled me into a hug. I was nervous. He's never acted like this before.

I looked out the window and saw more dark clouds. "Looks like another storm is coming. I think we should go"

I saw storm clouds forming above us. rain drops started falling. "James we need to get out of the weather." He nodded and we both started running.

Me and Drake got in his car and we drove to my warehouse. I saw them running to it since it was near the park

I grabbed James hand and we both ran to my apartment. It started pouring worse.
