I chuckled a bit and so did James. It was funny. -
Too late. I felt his arm go limp as I dislodged his arm. I went and sat at the table again, smiling. "That's what you get for thinking you're top dog. Next time, you won't be so lucky" I said evilly

I sighed and started to walk back to my table. Somehow James stayed with me. I sat down at my table. -
I ate my sandwich, paying most of those watching no heed. There were a few that just glanced at me. They were the more worthwhile people at school, not some awe struck kids like those still watching

James sparked a conversation about the history test that was coming up and I just listened. It was weird, the new girl was getting glanced at. I was getting glared down by James fangirls. It just was different today.

I finished eating and threw away my lunch bag. I went into the hallway from the cafeteria and waited. Sure enough, about four outcasts came out too. They were dressed kinda like me. They were also the ones that glanced merely once or twice

I saw the new girl leave and I was glad. "Hey Alice, heard about Weregirl in the new yet?" Asked James and I nodded. "yeah I heard she took down three robbers, without even trying!" I always noticed how some guys at school admire my alter ego but not like James he was more....whats the word interested in who she actually was.

I leaned against the lockers at one side. The cafeteria door slammed shut. "I knew you'd follow me. I've seen your little 'gang' on the news. Death Crew, right?" I asked. "Yea, we're Death Crew. You catch on fast. I'm Lucius" said the one guy. He had green eyes and black hair, and was kinda tan. He must've been the leader.

I saw Becky one of James fangirls glare at me coldly. I shoot a small glare back and kept listening to James.

"So, what do you guys want?" I asked, not really paying attention. "We got a hero in ou-" I cut him off. "Yea yea, weregirl, I know." I said. "Well, I want to know what happened to her leg and how you found out." I really wasn't going through all this again. "I threw her with a knife and I fought her last night and won" I started to walk away as the bell rang

I heard the bell ring and I started to get up for the next class. James asked if he could carry my books as we walked down to my locker."I'm fine James really. " I said smiling. "sigh alright but if you need help just ask." He smiled back.

I got to my locker and grabbed my books. Next it was chemistry.

My next class was advanced Calculus. I was happy it wasn't with Her. James had English class so he waved goodbye to me as I walked to Calculus class.

I walked into chemistry and the bell rang. Great, Death Crew was in this class. I sat down in the corner and waited for the bell to ring
