She grabbed her plate and put some strawberries and a little maple syrup on them, taking a bite.

I put on a ton of maple syrup on mine and start eating.

She was really hungry, so she finished hers quick, putting the plate in the sink.

I ate mine, taking my time.

She sat back down next to him on the counter chair,

I smiled, and finished my food.

She put his plate in the sink for him.

"Thanks," I say.

"No problemo."

I smile, and look at her.

She sat back down again.

I sat down next to her, "I love you," I whisper.

"I love you too..." she whispered.

I took her hand and interlocked our fingers together, not wanting to leave her, ever again.
