Travins NewbieHe put Ace down and covered her up. He put the bow that had been in her hand in the tree. "What happend to Lee?" Torren asked. Carter srugged. "Someone hit her in the head." All traces of his breakdown were gone. He turned to Jill. "Her real name was Lee. It was just to lame for her. So we called her the Queen of Aces."

Jill smiled and looked down at ace. She was at rest now. but, did carter still think Tj did it?

Travins NewbieCarter srugged and grabbed Jills hand. "Lets go get dinner Jill-Er...I have to go by the house and grabb something first." He started walking back to the house.

She nodded. Not the best birthday ever. but DEFINETLY not the worst.

Travins NewbieThey got to the house. "Just stay here. Just a sec." He ran in the house and upstairs. He shoved the box with her gift in his back pocket. Damnit...he still had not talked to Marissa. He walked to her door and banged on it. "Marissa!"

"What!?" Marissa yelled, walking out of her room.

Travins NewbieCarters face went red. "Er...eh. Your um..sister Eh...um..can..I um..." His voice trailed off and he shifted back and forth on his feet.

Jill and carter waited downstairs, stting on the couch. They couldn't hear what carter and marissa were saying.

Carter ran a hand though his hair. He reached in his pocket and handed Marissa the box with the ring in it. "Your um dad is...er I killed him and hes...not around so um..er I uh figured to ask you..." He looked down. -

"Yea i know you did...and....you don't wanna do what i think you wanna do, do you?" She raised an eyebrow. -
Travins NewbieCarter nodded and shifted his weight. "Yea...shes um...perfect." He droped his voice.

Marrissa smiled and nodded. "Go ahead, just don't do anyhting that will make me change my mind."
