Do you like quiet places, maybe with some trees? North Carolina is a wonderful state with lushful forests, amazing wild horses, tall and beautiful mountians, a warm and inviting ocean, and a lot more. It's the best of the best. It's the peaceful state! A lot of people move over there each year to get some of that calm mood. Not all the times is it calm, though. Just like here in California, North Carolina has some major cities that are bursting with life. Many people do different things depending on where they live out there. I'm just here to tell you about everything interesting!
State Description
Many people live in North Carolina. Over 8,049,313 people live there. Can you imagine all of those people in a few neighborhoods? It's impossible. And for that state, it's really impossible. There's big cities, forests, a coast, mountains, neighborhoods, you name it. North Carolina does not have a desert, however- it has the other three regions. The highest mountain, Mt. Mitchell, is actually the highest point- being 6,684 feet, thats pretty high! Its the 16# highest mountain within the USA. The mountains there get a lot of snow. Mainly, it gets about over 40 degrees up there. They have many animals, such as deer, birds, bears, and owls. Fish swim in the rivers when its not too cold.
The Atlantic Ocean boarding North Carolina is the lowest point, being in the 3rd sea level. Thats pretty low in ocean standers. The coastal area, near the Ocean, is flat. -
I'm in 5th and I read at a 12th grade rading level, and I write at an 6th grade level. Usually. ._.
