I woke up the next morning, quickly going through my morning routine. I sighed once I finished and I grabbed my stuff for school. I ran my fingers through my hair and headed out.

I was shook awake by my dad, who was telling me, that I was late for school. I groaned in response and got up, showered, and got dressed. I grabbed my back pack, and some coffee and went out.

My brother followed behind muttering something. He openned the car door and jammed the key in. "You really need to learn how to drive soon." He mumble getting in. I sighed. "Shut up. I'm gonna."

My dad drove me to the school, us being silent. "So, how's Vanessa?" Vanessa is my ex.. We broke up last night over something stupid.
"Shes probably happy we aren't together anymore." I muttered, looking out the window. Dad nodded and continued driving. -
My brother chuckled and we drove off to school. He's a Junior and I, a freshman. "I hope your day sucks." he joked. I let out a mocking laugh. "Same here."

"Have a good day, son." Dad gave me a hardy pat on the back, making me almost fall out of the seat.
"I'll try.." I mumbled and got out of the car, with my stuff. -
We finally arived and he slam the brakes hard, making me jerk forward then hitting the back of my seat.
