Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon don't have tax. OH THAT'S WHY MY UNCLE AND AUNT MOVED TO N.H.
Highest is 7.5% in Cali, and FRICKING 2.9 IN COLORADO. -
