"Baby.." I felt my shoulders droop. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing."
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing."
"Carlos."
"Papa."
"Carlos.."
"Papa..'
"CARLOS JUST TELL ME!" I shouted, obviously frustrated.
Carlos didn't say anything, just bit his lip. "I.. I don't wanna go to class.. Heck, I don't wanna live right now."
What he said shocked. "Carlitos.." I muttered. -
"Don't look at me." he muttered, a small blush appeared in his cheeks.
"Why? I'm not aloud to look at your cute face?" I asked.
"It's not cute." Carlos said as we neared the classroom.
"You're right." I said. "It's totally adorable."
"No.. It's", the word he used shocked me. "ugly." -
I put Carlos down and kneeled in front of him. "Baby, who told you that?"
"Erm... I did." Carlos said after a moment of thought.
"Well, guess what?"
"Eh?"
"You are far from it." I took his tiny hands in mine. "I don't think this- I know this- you are to adorable and stuff to be ugly. So quit telling yourself that." -
Carlos started to cry a little. I held him close to me. "I know, I'm not to good with my words anymore, but you if you are gonna believe something I say, you should believe this." I kissed the top of his head. "Now, I have to go to my classroom. We can talk more when we go to lunch. Ok?" Carlos nodded. "Have a good day, baby. Love you." I smiled.
"I love you to." I kissed his cheek and walked away, with multiple thoughts on my mind.
I know all kids go through a insecurity stage, but never this early. I felt a headache coming on, but I ignored it. -
As I got up to my room, the pain intensified in my head. "Ugh." I muttered while rubbing my temples.
"Hey, I hung up the stuff." James said. "And no ones here." he smiled.
"Yeah.." I muttered. "They let Kindergartners and first graders in classrooms, for some weird reason."
"Oh. What time are the stinky b------s gonna be here?"
"Around like 8:30." I said checking my phone. The screen hurt my eyes, so I turned the brightness down. -
James smiled and walked up to me. He wrapped his arms around my waist tightly. "Perfect, we have about ten minutes alone." he muttered. I put my arms around his neck.
"Oh, yay." I smiled. James leaned in and kissed my lips.
"Mr. Diamond-Knight!" Peter had walked in.
I sighed. "What."
"Don't use that tone with me." Who does the b------ think he is? He can't tell me that. "But, anyway, I came to tell you, to not be doing that," he pointed to us. "in front of the kids."
"Well, we aren't in front of the kids now, are we?" I said.
"Er- no."
"And we aren't that stupid." I scoffed. I started to push him out. "You don't have to worry about a thing." I closed the door.
"You're so rude to your boss, you know that?" James said. -
"I know.." I muttered.
"Be glad that you're hot when you're acting all sassy towards him." James pulled me close to him. He kissed my lips fully. Our lips moved together perfectly. "I love you." James muttered between kisses.
"I love you to." I said, one hand moving up to his cheek. -
I kissed him again, stroking his tongue with mine. My hands tangled up his hair. We were of course interrupted by the bell. I reluctantly broke away.
"Noo.." James muttered.
"James, you heard Mr.Teenis, and there's always this annoying know-it-all who gets to class right when the bell rings." I said, straightening my shirt.
"I'm here and ready to learn." A kid with spiky blonde hair said.
"I told you!" I said while walking to my desk. -
The pain in my head came back a little, as I began to think about Carlos. I ignored it again and sat down and started to fill out my calander.
New Teacher meeting at 7:00 tonight. Technology meeting tomorrow morning... My thoughts were interrupted by the kid who walked in early.
"Aren't we gonna do any morning work?" he asked.
"No.. What am I supposed to give you? I haven't taught you anything yet." I answered, not looking up.
"Review from last year, or a preview of what we'll be doing this year... or maybe-"
"You know what? I'll give you something to work on." James snapped. He got up and drew a triangle. He labled it. "Now find out what c is and don't stop working until you find out." -
"I don't even know how to do math that big.. And what is 'c' supposed to mean? You didn't give me the perimeter or the area." The kid said.
I stifled a laugh and James shot me a look. "Fine. The area is 145,877,213."
"I don't know my times tables."
"Well, learn them, brainy." James walked to me. "I don't know how you're gonna do this.." James said, eyeing the brainy kid.
"Dude, I'm awesome, I got this s---." I whispered.
"You aren't supposed to cuss in school, sir." The brainy kid said.
"Shh.." I said. "Just work on your triangle."
"Brainy's right, Kendall." James smiled. -
"Shuddup." I muttered and returned to my calendar. The pain in my head intensified again. I rubbed my temples again. "Oh, God.." I mumbled, while drinking some water.
"You ok?" James asked.
"Yeah.. I'm fine." I mumbled. "Just don't make to much noise." -
terribly sorry to intrude but happy new year. that's-all-bye!
-
Thanks:)
James nodded. Right on cue, a bunch really obnoxious kids came in, making the door slam against the wall behind it, while yelling. Every sound was like someone banging my head against a boulder.
"Ngh.." I groaned. I tried to ignore it. -
"You sure you're ok?" James asked, kneeling to my level.
"It's only a headache, Jamie." I muttered. "I'm fine."
"Mmkay.." he said u certainly. -
I gripped my pen tighter and tried to focus. James started to poke my thigh.
