The video for that Justin Bieber song is a total letdown, it starts out looking really cool, and then it turns off, and he's just doing donuts in a parking lot and playing guitar for a random girl I'm guessing he just pulled off the street and said, "Hey, I want you to be my girlfriend for this song."
