Slayer, Anthrax, and Motorhead, three classic metal stalwarts, play the main stage. Asking Alexandria, The Devil Wears Prada, Whitechapel, and As I Lay Dying, three up-and-coming bands with rabid fanbases, take the second stage. Oh, and if that isn't enough, Slipknot headlines. Whatever brand of metal you're into, Mayhem is sure to satisfy. It's pretty much gauranteed to be a big deal. If you love heavy metal and Mayhem is coming to your city, I commandeth you to goeth.
I do have to say, however, I'm quite amused that scene bands like Asking Alexandria and Devil Wears Prada are playing the same bill as Anthrax and Motorhead. It's kind of like the tour organizers are saying "Okay losers, we lured you in with your cruddy scene bands, now listen to some real f---ing music". -
