But that depends if you can actually sing. If you don't have a good voice you could just be saying that as some kind of insult.

I joined choir...first meeting got very bored and quit after it because it was seriously lame

and um just because you're in choir deosn't mean you're a good singer, my tone deaf friend is in choir and she can't sing for her life sadly

I was in two bands. The first one I got kicked out of for just sitting on my ass and the second everyone left because they all got in a fight.
