I don't know how to pitch-tune and tone down without sounding like a man so I'm singing it in the normal octave

I can't see the video right now, but I find high notes easier to sing if you add more force. I'm also an alto and we had to sing a song called Winter, Fire, and Snow. It was a very high song, but if you make yourself louder it might help
