Christmas can really stink.
A time of joy and cheer and family...except when it isn't.
No one should have to feel sad, or alone, or angry, or empty on Christmas, but some of us do.
And no amount of Christmas spirit or I'm sorry you're feeling this way can take that pain away.
But I want you to know that you are not alone. <3
You are cared for...even if it doesn't feel like it.
I also wanted to share this song with you. (please just give it a try) It's called "Somewhere in Your Silent Night" and it's written for all those who are surrounded by carefree people celebrating something that is too hard for your aching heart to bear.
