  You probably know Musso for his time on Hannah Montana. Apparently he was pulled over and blew well over an .08. Also he's only 20, so he's facing an underage drinking charge as well. I just find it hilarious more than anything when Disney stars f--- up. That's why Lindsey Lohan is the biggest running joke ever.
