ok. so get the pic u want and right click and select save picture as...
then once u save it come bak to gtq and go to ur profile. then click set picture
now select ur pic that u want and click ok and it should be there

your pictures are probably the wrong size
just keep trying other photos or crop them until it works thats what i have to do
