None of this stuff is mine, some friends of mine wrote this on Chickensmoothie and I'm telling it here. .w.
(The story starts off with Yew being sick, and she is seeing things in her mind as she is asleep. Yew and Roy have no idea that Ed is there, Okies?
Yew smiled, "I am very happy to hear that. If only you were much shorter. I'd have kissed you myself right about now." She couldn't help but giggle.
Roy laughed at this as well before slowly leaning down towards Yew and gently giving her a kiss.
Ed first felt extreme anger at Yew for calling him short, as was normal, then a sudden feeling of overwhelming pain and nausea overwhelmed him. -
(And by seeing things, I mean that Yew is seeing a memory, and Ed is just watching. .w.)
Yew had given a gentle kiss back, after a few moments, she had hugged him, "I gotta say that being with you was the best choice I ever made."
Roy nodded and held her close, sighing happily. "Same here, Yew." He looked around the street and leaned back a bit. "Perhaps we should be getting home? It's rather late out. Unless you'd rather stay out longer?"
Ed turned away from the sight and leaned on a building, fighting down the bile building in his throat. This HAD to be a trick. No way would Yew actually do this... -
Yew smiled, "Just a bit longer. Not too much l-" She then heard a sound coming from the alleyway, "Did....did you hear that?"
Roy tensed a bit and held Yew closer. "Yes, I did." He stepped in front of her a bit and backed up. "Let's go."
Ed froze and looked towards the alley, ready to fight if anything here was actually able to hurt him. -
Yew backed up as well, but blinked before having a shadow stretch out like Pride's and had a hold on her, "Oh great." She was pulled away from Roy and she struggled as a figure had stepped out of the alley. The shadow had stretched out and snatched up Ed, pulling him into their view.
Yew hissed, "Let go Crow!"
Crow chuckled, "No, I don't think so."
Ed struggled a bit as he was pulled forward, thinking that Pride had captured him. However, he was surprised to find a different person. He stared at him before growling. "What do you want?" -
Crow chuckled, "Just stopping a pest from listening in."
Yew struggled against Crow's shadow, "Crow, just leave us alone."
Crow laughed now, "Well, lets see what your little forbidden boyfriend can do about saving you, but that may be hard because you are here and can get hurt."
Roy walked towards them and prepared to snap at him, hoping to just burn him away.
Ed kept struggling and turned to Yew. "Yew, what the heck? I know you still like him from days past, well now I do anyway, but I thought you loved me! I still love you, though I don't know if I should!" A tear actually ran down his cheek. -
Yew blinked, looking to Ed, staring at him as if the memory snapped for a moment then went back to it, "Don't worry about me. I'll regenerate if you have to burn me to get to him."
Roy nodded and snapped his fingers, sending a large stream of fire directly towards Crow.
Ed closed his eyes and looked away, afraid he would be barbequed. -
Crow had tossed Ed away then growled as he had his Shadow's drop Yew to protect himself. Once they disappeared because of the flames he dashed off into the shadows.
Yew growled, still feeling the burn, but it had regenerated pretty easily.
Roy instantly ran over to Yew as Crow dropped her and prepared to snap again, but luckily he just left. He turned to Yew. "Are you alright Yew?" His voice had never sounded so... sweet. Who knew he was really a nice guy and not totally sarcastic!
Ed landed somewhat on his feet and then turned to fight. Crow was gone, so he just walked towards Yew and Roy. -
