Smiling. Laughing. No screaming. Hands gripped my sides. The light was too bright. Too many people closing in. The hands spun me around and- I snapped up out of bed drenched in a cold sweat. Dammit, its happening again, I thought to myself rubbing my forhead. The nightmare. I thought moving to a new place would make them stop. Sighing I got up from my bed and crossed the room to stare out of my second story window. The forest was dead. Nothing but the wicked twists and bends of branches coated in a thick blanket of snow. Something kept calling me to them. Pulling me. I kept staring so intently that when a set of impossibly golden eyes suddenly appearded in the shadows I jumped, but never broke eye contact. I watched as what ever it was threw something white in the snow. A peice of paper? Silently I pulled on my black jeans and my hello batty tshirt and padded down stares to quickly lace up my combat boots. Alright Sherlock lets grab your coat and get your game on, I thought as I snuck out of the back door.

My trench coat whipped around my ankles in the wind and my auborn hair seemed to dance in it. Causiously I scanned the trees for the eyes and approached the peice of paper. It stuck out of the snow in an angle that looked like it should have been planted. I bent down and carefully plucked it out and headed back into the old victorian home. The snow crunched under my feet and flattened leaving a distinct trail to the home. Before I stepped back inside I turned and looked again for the eyes. Nothing. If it haddent of been for the note I would of thought I had imagined it. Kicking off you boots and coat I exhailed and journeyed right back up to my room. I couldnt have my brother snatch it out of my hand like everything else. I gently closed my door and ploped down on my crimson colored bed tucking a pillow underneath my chest. I snapped on my light and covered my eyes for a secondAnd took the note out of my pocket. Flattening it out I noticed it was written in a very smooth looking handwriting. It read: I have found you again, Luna. Welcome home.

Shivering I tucked the note in between my matresses and sat on my bed thinking about the eyes and drifted back into a dreamless sleep. (Next morning) You cried out as you felt someone jump on top of you and start slapping you in the face. "MORNING SLEEPY HEAD!" the person yelled. It wasnt me thinking I swear, but I swung my fist upward and it conneected with a stubbly jaw. I opened my eyes and saw a very surprised Dylan flying off of me and into my wall. "Sonofabi*ch!" my brother groaned and rubbed his jaw. "Ohmigod I am sooo sorry D!" I gasped and jumped out of bed. He looked up at he with a slight smile and muttered "I guess I will buy you a new alarm clock. It'll be safer." He chuckled and got up to his feet. "Get ready for school munchkin" I shoved him out of my room with a small smile resting on my lips. Brothers. Even if he is technicly my parent he is still a pain in the ass.

I quickly hopped in the shower and got dressed. I quickly ran the hair brush through my hair and slid down stairs. D sat at the kitchen table reading some sports magazine. "Anya! I have a friend Sam of whom is driving you to school today! So dont even try walking!" D called. "I just need some fresh air I called and slid out of the frount door. I quietly slipped my back pack over my shoulder and sprinted out of the mile long drive way. When I knew I was out of sight I started walking at a leisurly stroll. This was more of a farm area minus the farms. I only walked about a minute before I felt a hand clamp over your arm and pull you into a van. "Goddamit!"
-
You now sat in the passenger seat of a black SUV grumbling. "Look I am sorry! D said I had to!" I turned to give the obvious jock type sitting next to me an icy glare. "Would you stop staring and apologising to pay attention to the road!" I hissed. He blushed and turned to the road. His light blonde hair shimmered in the light and his childish blue eyes had a bashful look to them. The silence that coated the car was unbarable. So when we pulled into the parking lot of the high school I hopped out before it had even stoped. "Anya goddamit!" I heard Zander cry. I flipped him off and slipped through the small crowd to first class. Literature. Perfect. When I reached the class everyone had already made it and was sitting in their seat. All eyes were on me. Trying and failing to stay invisible I made my way to the back and ploped down into the only empty seat. About a minute later the teacher of whom I already didnt care for gave us an assighnment to draw a picture. I shrugged and started sketching what I saw last night untill I dropped my pencil.
